Greta Peppi CEO of FPS Automation

30 Nov 2020

Greta Peppi is the new CEO of FPS Automation – Fp Services, founded by his father Fabrizio Peppi, current president of the company. The young entrepreneur, with already significant experiences of study and work in Italy and abroad, joined the company for a couple of years and took care of various tasks: from sales – she speaks 4 languages – to organization of production and warehouse.

The appointment of Greta Peppi as executive director of the company is a clear sign of the renewal implemented between the end of 2019 and the beginning of 2020. It’s a proof of the continuity of business control by the historical ownership of this family company which continues to realize the vision of the founder, whom is actively engaged in the research and development of new business opportunities.

“My first goal – says Greta Peppi – is to consolidate the reorganization has been started in this very complicated year. However, this crisis was an opportunity to look inside our organization and accelerate the renewal process. In addition to this, this situation has guided us in a thoughtful rationalization of costs, in order not to deprive ourselves of the best resources internal and external, such as our highly qualified suppliers”.

What results have you achieved?

“The commitment that all of us have put into this change has benefited us in terms of efficiency and results. The path taken is right, as we’ve seen in the excellent numbers of the first quarter. Unfortunately the pandemic explosion from march hits the world economy “.

And looking ahead?

“The ongoing process, strongly desired by my father and on which the whole company is focusing, develops in 2021 and naturally it’s projects to the future. We’re driving the Company along the line undertaken since 2008, oriented towards niche markets, focusing on the quality of revenues, rather than the volume of turnover. Thanks to this approach we have now reached an export of 61% with the forecast of closing 2020 with a higher result and with a projection to 2022 in constant and decisive growth. This strategy has required us to carry out a significant renewal of human resources engaging highly specialized figures”.

And we hope that the pandemic will soon be eradicated, with its corollary of economic problems.

“We will certainly be ready to race when the economic situation finally returns to normal. In FPS we are motivated and we are passionate about what we do which, in essence, is to develop the best solutions at the service of molding and handling of plastic parts in the automotive, household appliance, medical and toy supply chains, clothing, furniture and aerospace engineering “.
