Disappointing Silverstone sunday for team Indonesian Gresini Moto3

30 Aug 2021

It was another challenging Sunday for Team Indonesian Racing Gresini Moto3 who leaves Silverstone with very little reward despite the high expectations following Rodrigo and Alcoba’s performances in yesterday’s qualifying.

The go-to choice of the hard tyre option for both riders did not pay off in the second half of the race, with Gabriel Rodrigo able to score just a single point at the finish line – he was 15th – while Jeremy Alcoba was all the down in 21st place. The two standard bearers of Gresini Racing in Moto3 are now tied in 10th place in the standings with 60 points each.
