Aron Canet and Mattia Casadei: Portimao on the top. Proud to Support Them

26 Mar 2024

Returning from the Portuguese GP at Portimao, where we experienced an extraordinary episode of our FPS Experience, we are thrilled with the results of our two riders, our friends Aron Canet in Moto2 and Mattia Casadei in MotoE. These two undeniable aces have the honor of our support in the World Championship. We back them because we believe in the values of commitment, passion, courage, and excellence. These are the hallmarks of our identity, which these two riders prove to share and embody at the highest levels, perfectly representing the spirit of the FPS logo that adorns their racing gear.

The performances of Aron and Mattia on the track of the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve have reignited our undying passion for Motorsport, a world that has always accompanied us and naturally interests us also from a core business perspective. In the motorcycle sector, as in Automotive, many components and accessories are made through the molding of plastics, a field where our EOAT solutions stand out for efficiency and quality.

But let’s summarize what happened in Portimao.

In Moto2, Aron Canet secured pole position with a spectacular time, led an impeccable race, controlling his opponents and crossing the finish line in first place after a masterful performance. A clear first place, his first in Moto2, puts him at the top of the championship standings, confirming him as a true champion. We are certain he will continue to thrill us.

In MotoE, the reigning world champion Mattia Casadei obtained the best lap time in both races 1 and 2, reached the podium in the first race, and closed the second with a sensational victory, displaying a talent that is off the charts. A well-deserved triumph that propels him to the top of the World Championship standings. And for the third year, Casadei is the man to beat in the electric championship.

Up the bikes, Mattia and Aron! Your journeys embody the excellence and spirit we cherish at FPS Automation, and we eagerly look forward to your continued successes on the track.
