With more than 30 years of experience in automation and robotics applied to injection molding, Sandon\u00e0 has behind him a solid and versatile career within a Japanese industrial group.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sandon\u00e0 has developed soft skills and a deep understanding of the industrial automation market. But there is also a personal side: a swimming enthusiast, he has practiced the sport competitively for 25 years and has passed on his passion by teaching people with disabilities how to swim.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Gianni, how did your transition to FPS Automation come about?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;For many years I was involved in after-sales and research and development. At some point in my career I felt the need for a change and new professional stimulation. I was already familiar with FPS Automation, with whom I had had the opportunity to collaborate in the past. Knowing the market in which the company operates, I enthusiastically accepted the proposal to join their team.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>What do you expect from this new adventure?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;First and foremost, I am motivated by the idea of receiving new stimuli, meeting new clients, and learning more about other industries. I want to be an active participant in finding effective solutions to meet customers&#8217; needs. I am confident that the company will support me step by step and help me grow together with them&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gianni Sandon\u00e0 will be exhibiting at <\/span><b>Fakuma 2024,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> scheduled for October 15-19, 2024 in Friedrichshafen.
